This is the title screen for Hunter/Prey. It will show up in the beginning of UA when you first start it up (via Autery's Title editor) and as the beginning graphic of the design itself. It is a composite image of some premade, recolored, modified and original art. I tried to catch the feeling of division that the title implies in the image. I think I caught it quite nicely... :)
Plot Synosis

The year is 2331. Earth has been a major presence in the galaxy for close to 200 years. Commerce is the driving force of life, and Earth's government is now ruled by a consortium of stellar corporations.
One of these corporations is Biogenics Technologies, Limited (BioGenTech). A company that has been in existance on Earth since the late 1990's. Many of thier bio-engineered products have increased the quality, and quantity, of life for untold millions of people, both Terran and alien.
But now it seems BioGenTech has a little problem. Riva 4, a research facility near the Orion Nebula, has been out of contact with BioGenTech for two years. No jump-probes have relayed any messages from the far flung installation, nor has the Company ship relayed to investigate returned. This was six months ago.
Wu Chien, the president of BioGenTech, has gathered the best of the freelance spacers to front another investigative mission. They will be transported via a government jump-ship to the Riva 4 planetoid and then land on the planetoid's surface via a dropship.
Their mission: determine why Riva 4 has lost contact with Terra and BioGenTech; determine the disposition of the previous insertion team; and bring back any data from Riva 4 that has accumulated during the last two years of no contact.
But there is more to this cake-walk mission than meets the eye. It will be up to the stalwart team of spacers to find out what it is and to deal with it appropriately.
Art Preview
Many NPCs will be interacting with the Player Characters. Some will be friendly, some will be devious, some will be deadly! It's up to the player to find out which is which. . .
Many different types of weaponry will be available along with new armor to protect the PCs from it. The weapons range from lightswords to lasers, blasters to grenades, rifles to missile launchers. Other types of equipment will be there as well, such as Medikits, anti-grav boots and Psi helmets!
New enemies will harrass your every move. Sentry guards, battle mechs and more await the player characters with many surprising tactics. . .
